I ordered these boots through Mephisto online. Although I was not notified about shipping, they arrived in a short time. I always buy this size but they seemed to run a little long and a little wide. Since they are winter boots, I inserted an warm insole and they fit well. The boots have a rounder toe than I expected so do not look quite as elegant as I hoped. They do however have a zipper (excellent) on the side which does not show in the photos and the Mephisto Canada website has no descriptions. The USA website is much more descriptive but doesn't have these boots. I wish the Canadian website would be more sophisticated and informative. I am fairly happy with these boots. They claim to be water repellant with sealed seams although I haven't tried them out in the snow. They are comfortable. I got them at a very good price and will keep them.
