I’ve worn this exact sandal in the past. I needed a sandal I could have a lift added to the sole. My leg lengths are different after a hip replacement. They are perfect for this. Once I had the second hip done, I threw out the old ones. I ordered the same pair, same size. But then I remembered they were a little short so I wanted the next size up. I emailed Mephisto to see if I should cancel the first order and do another one. They responded right away saying they’d keep the order the same but ship the size I wanted. Much less effort for me! Great service. Which seems to be getting more rare these days. I was impressed!

These shoes were a replacement for a pair that I have had for over 10 years and which were still in decent shape until we acquired a puppy who seems to like Mephistos as much as I do. Happy with my purchase and hopefully they will last me as long as the previous pair.
