WHERE DOES MEPHISTO CANADA E-COMMERCE DELIVER TO?

MEPHISTO CANADA E-Commerce only ships within Canada. Please enter a delivery address for each order. We use FedEx as our shipping carrier, who is unable to deliver to PO boxes

What are the shipping and handling costs?

Shipping to you is free on orders over $150. If you would like to return your order, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. 

The Standard Shipping method takes 3-5 business days. During periods of high volume, additional delays ranging 3-5 business days may occur.

PLEASE NOTE

We do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for any return shipping fees, unless there has been a mistake made on our part.

Returns

14 DAY RETURNS

Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 14 days and we will happily refund the purchase price of your unworn item(s).

It's easy to return a product:

You are responsible for shipping the products back to us and the fees associated with it. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

Please include the original packing slip inside the parcel with a note stating why you are returning them. You do not need return authorization to proceed with this so long as there are no defects or mistakes in your order.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order for another size or colour, please write your request on the packing slip and proceed with a return like normal. Your exchange will be processed within 3 business days upon the reception of your return. If your requested item is not available, we will refund your original order.

Refunds, Credits and Balances Due

As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

Defective Items

If you receive defective merchandise, please contact Mephisto Customer Service at for assistance.

Damaged Items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
