Unfortunately the boots failed to live up to the expectations.
They do not feel supportive enough. But the biggest problem is that the volume difference. The left boot feels perfect on my smaller foot. The right one fits to big even though my right foot is o.5 size larger. I am returning the product

Great winter boot. Sizing was perfect, a have a bit of a wider foot and even with socks they fit perfect!

The boot is fine - I had been told by a representative when I called your office in St-Laurent that all Mephisto footwear had arch support built -in; I had asked because it was not stated in the description details and I could not see it even on the sandals.
There is none in the Agatha boot. I need support in my footwear so I will not use them as much as planned (with inserts as yet to be purchased) and will have to buy another pair somewhere else with built in support.
I haven't worn the boots yet, and kind of wish that I had returned them - however - the boot itself is a good product and nice looking.
