I cannot say enough positive comments about Mephisto shoes and sandals. I have a fused ankle as a result of a car accident and Mephisto is the only sandal I can walk around in all day without my feet hurting. My Mephistos arrived promptly and as ordered. Thank you for the excellent service. They both fit just fine and are what I expected. I have worn Mephisto shoes for a very long time and used your web site because very few stores in Victoria sell them or have a very good selection.
I was not aware of your shoe line at all so not having tried them on I don’t know that I would be confident of the fit. I find your prices higher than I would have thought for buying direct so sharing some bargains would be appreciated. Maggie

I purchased the Heike Twist from shoetopia last year, and my sister loved them so I purchased a pair for her. We were lucky they had 37 and 38. We started wearing them, when the fabric under the twisty part came right off then same happened to mine. Now they are not adjustable. We paid $262.00 + tax each for these sandals. We’ve been wearing MEPHISTO for years. What are you prepared to do? My name is Theresa Tillman and my tel. Is 249-360-1764. I am also wanting The Heleonore in size 37 in gold. Mine are worn. When will they be available again?

Absolutely love mephisto. Bought my first pair a couple of years ago. I hae narrow feet and the lady at the shoe store said oh I have a pair in the back that might fit you.
She brought them out and I fell in love. I have another pair now that I bought last year. (Helen is the name I think) and I just ordered another pair from the spring collection. Love that you don't have to "break" them in.

Although I ordered correctly, the computer inserted the wrong shoe size which is what I received. It is now costing me $30.00 to return it for the correct size. This certainly raises the question as to why I would use the website again when between the over two weeks it took to arrive and a longer wait now to receive the correct ones makes a trip to a local shoe store preferable and cheaper. Amazon certainly has better customer service when issues arise.
The sandals are wonderful as this is my second pair.

I have worn these sandals for years and am happy to get them online as my city shoe store does not sell them anymore.I have to get a lift put on my left one because of an accident and they are easy to work with for the prothetic person and the orthotic works well with my foot issues.I hope you never stop making that style as it works for me and is very stylish.
